    OpenTV EPG

I must of missed something about this new 28.2 EPG method.

Can someone point me to the instructions for setting up ?

Why is this now favoured over CrossEPG ?

CrossEPG has some bugs that doesn't affect people using only 28.2 users. If you want to use CrossEPG, please install it. It will be in the system plugins

All four methods of obtaining EPG will work, choose the one you want/prefer.

Guide here (There was link in red on the 5.3 release thread)
    https://www.world-of-satellite.com/s...off-the-stream

EPG refresh is just a channel zapper.

With regards to just 28.2, I assume the only advantage of CrossEPG (using OpenTV as source) is that it's quicker than the few minutes it can take using EPGRrefresh ?

So they both ultimately use the same source?

Which image are you using? Include as much detail as possible please.

Are you using a satellites.xml file different to the stock one
