    Best android box for iptv

    Hey guys

Looking at purchasing an android box for iptv seen as it looks like vm cs is coming to an end. I don’t need nothing fancy just something good enough to watch sport on without breaking the bank. What do you guys recommend ?

    Thanks

I was hoping for something a little cheaper as I’ll only be using it once or twice a week

If you want cheap & cheerful just buy an Amazon Fire Stick.

STBemu or SmartSTB are your best options.

I’ve put smart iptv app on my FireStick because I couldn’t figure out how to get StbEmu up and running.

Is there much difference between them? The FireStick is abit laggy (it’s one of the first ones out) would it be worth upgrading to an android box ?

SmartIPTV app is piss poor. Maybe look at a newer box yeah. You defo want it to be an Android box? Any reasons why?

No reason for Android really just thought it would be the best choice while keeping costs down

What didn’t you understand about emuSTB? Did you install it ok? It relies on a MAC activation so you would give the MAC addy to your supplier etc.

When searching for an Android box you need one running AndroidTV box rather than the plain Android box, most of the Chinese Android boxes are just plain Android boxes and are not suitable should you wish to stream Netflix or Amazon Prime. I have a Formuler Z8 from W.o.S. and it works well, also use the Firestick 4K wich was less than half the price of the Z8 but also does the job.
