Echannelizer bouquet upload show N/A after reboot

Uploaded a few seperate IPTV providers via Echannelizer 19. All loads and works ok.
On a restart all the contents of each Bouquets shows n/a where former channel names are..
ok though coming back from standby.

Could it be a vix 5.2 issue or the way echannelizer writes the bouquets to the box..?

Any suggestions tried variations for hours without a solution..thanks

    Hi,
N/A is shown if lamedb does not contain information about a service reference. Was a lamedb in one of your uploads? Perhaps you cannot simply upload it perhaps you need to merge it. I do not know Echannelizer though.

Over the last week had to setup bouquets on a couple of receivers using latest Echannelizer and I have been loading from one receiver, editing and loading onto another without any issues.
So as Trial has noted its an issue with your bouquets and the service references - Echannelizer reloads everything bouquets and lamedb in one go, so really not sure what causing the service reference issue unless you are importing the bouquets (in Echannelizer) from a different configuration & setup

What does your service type start with I think service app needs installing for 5001 or 5002.

Thanks all, using echannelizers autoupdate IPTV feature, firstly I read from box to get autobouquet makers bouquet list, then install IPTV providers one at a time.
Left the service as default which is 1 - dvd, echannelizer does this by default and causes problems with movies not playing have to manually change these to gstreamer 4097.

Unsure where you can change Bouquet import to set stream ref - can do after but time consuming..there is a control playback button but unsure how this works..!

Any ideas please will play with stream ref to see if that prevents N/A

    Many thanks for replying

Edit.... found the button in Import if I choose 5001 would it play both mp4 movies and live streams or is 5002 better for this...sorry not by the box to try!

Everyone is different. It’s trial & error unfortunately. A good learning experience for you to try different ones and decide on the one best suits your needs.

Tried both the 5001 and 5002 - now doesn't load the channels names just the numbers and n/a next to it before I reboot .. ahh driving me crazy!

So I am guessing you are using the IPTV function to add a new account? - have to say never done that using Echannelizer - always used either Jedi or e2m3u2bouquet plugins - have to say I would be tempted to use Jedi and see if that works better (both these plugin have good options to control the bouquets/content)

yeh I think the new way doesn't work - would have been good as auto updates IPTV bouquets without user intervention. tried every way possible so either ABM is messing with echanneliser uploads or the software is broken, pity I upgraded to premium as wasted my money!

Better options available depending on receiver etc. If your box supports Stalker I would use that over any IPTV Channel Bouquet maker.
