NTFS / exFat Plugins Missing from Download Feed?

    Hi,

I would like to use a HDD (NTFS formatted) with my Mutant HD51 receiver (running OPenVix 5.0.0.27), however having checked the download feed (Drivers, Extensions and SystemPlugins sections), neither the NTFS or exFat plugins are showing up.

Is there a way of installing these plugins?

I notice another posting suggesting that these plugins may need to be installed manually (if re-flashing the receiver) - How would I go about doing this?

    Thanks in advance

If you cannot see them, they are usually already installed.

We are on 5.2 041. You may wish to flash to the newer image. See link in my signature about flashing/restoring if you need it.

    Hi, thanks for replies.

I've doubled checked, NTFS are not showing up under Drivers (lots of USB xxx drivers), nor are they listed within Plugin Browser.

Is there another way of checking if these drivers are installed?

Forgot to mention, that although the drive is 'seen' in OpenVix, I cannot record to it.... I am assuming that the NTFS plugin will help in this respect?

    Thanks

Issue these command using Putty or similar

    Code:
    opkg install enigma2-plugin-drivers-ntfs-3g
    opkg install enigma2-plugin-drivers-exfat
    Post back the output
