Well I now have the parts.....

    More questions:

    1) Can you just measure the distance from the dish to the old LNB and set the new one to the same?

    2) What should the OpenVix TunerA and TunerB modes be set to?

    3) What values within 'Signal Finder' would you expect for SNR and AGC?

    Thanks again

    1. LNB holder fits in fully. Adjust distance/skew to achieve highest signal levels.

    3. High as possible. Best check is that a scan of 28.2 should find 900+ services

    Thanks abu.

Could you confirm that I don't need anything connected to the second satellite tuner and I'll be able to record up to 8 channels concurrently?

    Hi,
you can record even more then 8 BUT only when they are on at most 2 different transponder. You can only record 2 transponder.

    ciao

Incorrect. You don’t have a receiver with FBC tuners!

So what Tuner configuration should I use with the Unicable II LNB on my Zgemma H7S?

I think post 3 in that thread describes setup. Advanced, unicable LNB, 28.2, manufacturer, model, make sure each tuner has separate band, You must use splitter and supply both tuners.
