    I very much doubt that ITV HD will be on that frequency. Anyway, do any of the ITV HD channels work? Check them in the service list, not bouquet list. Check those that have old in name too.

    Just for reference, there is a guide to taking screenshots in my signature.

    Until Virgin adapt the tables, you will have to manually move thr working one into your bouquets.

    Virgin does not change frequencies regularly, stop using ABM unless you get tune failed.

    Using your remote, remove the non-working ITV HD from your bouquet. Add the working one.

    Also worth trying to remove all the Cable channels and then do the ABM scan
