    Extra Motor Options

    Hello Gents
    In the tuner configuration mode there is this Extra Motor Options, I would like to know what are these options for, do they help speed up the motor? I have a Stab motor HH120 and is very slow and I want to know if these options can help speed it up a little.
    Please let me know.

    The Stab HH120 is designed to move a heavy dish. It has a deeper gear reduction than most of the other Ku motors so it moves slower. The FTA receiver only produces a few watts of power for the Ku motor, and this limits your options. Selecting horizontal transponders when moving the dish will help the speed a bit. You will have to be satisfied with what you have, or get a polar mount.
