Just bought 1 these 65 £ bo xs for iptv when I I'm on channel nothing appears but when I press the up button to show all the channels the channel I was on comes on in background tried it over a s over same results I've got a different box in my room and have no probs

Does your box have a lan connection to work and network test says all green?

Yes I've hooked up a lan cable therefore I'm.getting the channel in the background I press on a channel get nothing then I press up on remote to bring all channels up and my original channel works instantly in background then I try pressing on it s again get nothing it's like I'm only getting the channels once I've pressed the up button on remote to bring the whole guide of channels up weird I've done it on few channels with same result
