you do not have to rescan.

Tuner A is set wrong. It must not be single, 28.2. It has to be advanced. Same as what you have used for the others. only difference is connected must be No.

Please provide screenshots of the other tuners.

There is a guide to screenshots in my signature to save you messing around with your camera/PC

If you have lost your channels/services, you could have selected remove services when you changed the tuner config. Lets get your tuner config correct first. Do not mention anything at all about signal finder or services/chanenls until all 8 tuners are set correctly please.

Oh My god, we are up and running. That is fabulous. recording 5 channels with no problems now. may have had the cable in the wrong tuner, so A & B were wrong way round, But after your screenshot overview its working now. First time its worked correct since i had it 6 weeks ago.
Thanks very much. Now to get the recordings saving into folders.

...that tuner is for terrestrial only, not cable.

    Maybe I should contradict myself.

I have one of these tuners in an Ultimo4K, purchased from WoS as a dual T2 tuner and this post suggests the same.....

    https://www.world-of-satellite.com/s...BCM3466-tuners

    WoS link..... https://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk...o-4k-ultimo-4k

However my setup suggests that it is a dual DVB-C/T2 tuner.
