    Zgemmah2s autobouquets maker

Hi guys. I've had no issues for over a year but the last couple of weeks I keep getting a message on the tv screen every morning saying "auto bouquets maker tuning failed" also when I go settings, system, epg, cross epg, open tv providers then start the download it's says cross epg error timeout for tuner lock. Anyone know a fix for this. Like I said I've had no problems for over a year. Hope you all had a great christmas. Thanks in advance.

You need to re-read the forum rules, you'll see that the zgemma is not supported on ViX.

Looks like it is not tuning to the frequency it needs to. Possibly alignment or other hardware fault. There are plenty of threads on this forum to help you diagnose and fix your issue.

Anyway, we don't support your receiver here, so thread closed.
