Powering Unitron 422 Satellite dSCR over Co-ax [UK]

I recently had Sky Q (UK) installed in a block of flats. The engineer installed a Unitron dcss-422 dSCR in a communal cupboard and powered it over a 'spare' co-ax cable from my flat - however I'd like to use the spare coax for a Freesat box.

Is there anyway I can continue to power the dSCR over either co-ax cable, but have a Sky Q and 'legacy' feed on each?

    Thanks
