Change av input when box turns on

    HI Guys

I was wandering if its possible that my TV will turn to AV number 3 whenever my box goes from standby to ON. My sky remote does not cycle through AV3 for some reason and i have to keep using my phone to change it to AV3 each time i turn on the receiver. It would be nice that when i take it out of standby mode, the TV will automatically change to that input.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

It depends. Scart supports these functions but component connections don't carry the signals.

Yh but for some reason.. it does not cycle through to AV3.. I have lost the original remote aswell. How i make av3 one of the inputs it cycles though. Currently it cycles through my parents sky box another blank HDMI port (which i do not want to use), standard aerial and DVI or my PC that is there.

Ok so there is no way it can do it itself then?

Have you checked the setup, inputs menu on TV? You have to enable some inputs for them to be selectable.

    Ok i will try that..

I was hoping that it could change itself when it comes off standby mode but i guess that is out of question. Is that feature ever or even possible though?
