Enabling external sound card for VU+ duo2

    Hi,

I have SoundBlaster Audigy 2 NX external sound card. I would like to enable by using a USB port with my receiver.
Output list of lsusb command is below. Could you give me whet user commands in command line I have to use to enable my external sound card.
Could you tell me if it is not possible to use this external card with such box.
I am using VTI 13.012 image.
    many thanks in advance.
