All cable channels just showing black screen updated vix and provider config checked internet connection still no channels playing ?
Although 1-5 work.
A lot of areas are changing their qam from 64 to 256
Only a few frequencies in each area are changing. If he can view 1-5, then all th FTA channels are working.Originally Posted by cactikid

If you get a blank screen and EPG and there are no errors, issue is not with reception. issue is decryption.
EPG does load .
Like Abu has mentioned in previous post, will be a decryption issue.

Every thing seems to be in order except VM channels are blank, not FTA
Has VM changed something and is there some other setting I can try to restore please
Appreciate any help, if you need me to supply details and files please explain as its been a while since Ive needed to set up my DUO2
