    Frequency changes for the BBC

Seems the BBC has changed all its frequencies a few moments ago. I've still to manually get the new frequencies input for my VU Ultimo 4k, but here is the list of changes.

Mine didn't. I had to adjust the fec_inner in the satellite.xml file. Only altered the fecs on the HD channels as far as I can see. I'll attach my 28.2 satellite.xml for others who this doesn't automatically change. It might be due to being the 4k arm chip.

Just as a reminder, xml file is used for scanning. It is not used for tuning.

ABM and AB 28.2 do not use the satellites.xml file. Only relevance is for position/tuner config

Running ABM will obtain updated details. No need to update the provider file.
