    9.0E Ku-Band issue

    Good morning you lovely people!!

    I can get 9.0e = Ok signal on my signal finder but when doing a search i get no channles ?? Anyone know why or were im going wrong its with a 80cm dish zone 2 / UK

    How did you establish you are pointing at 9.0E?

    I have a Dur-Line signal finder & i can change frequency withmy iphone - 9E shows medium signal connectivity so i should see this on my vu dup bot it shoes nothing on the signal finder via my TV screen..



    I believe im on the latest vix image ?

    I guess that you are on 5.1 032 as "latest" can mean anything.

    Please try this lamedb file. Select services on 9e and see if you get picture or EPG.

    9e no signal

    still no signal / my Dur-line scanner is showing 85% Signal / yet on my vu due 0%

    You are comparing transponders that are on different beams - 12437H is on the narrow German beam and I shouldnt have to explain where that is targetted at. 11727V is on the wide Europe beam and is easily receivable. If you scan on 11785H you will find plenty of FTA channels to confirm your setup is working. It always helps to state your location when dealing with reception issues.

    ... you probably need to stop enigma first before copying lamedb. (Telnet command init 4 to stop enigma and init 3 to restart)

    Guys Thank you.. For your help - I really appreciate it.. im gettinh 22 channels via 9e only about 3 work.. its fine guys i have 13e & 19.2e & 28.2e they have plenty of FTA to pic from .. thank you thank you
