    Internal hard drive problem

I got an et8500 from wos a few months back with an internal hard drive already installed. It worked fine to begin with but now the xtrend is not recognising the hard drive, I don't know where to start with trying to resolve this? thanks.

Have you tried powering the box off and unplugging the drive bay and plugging it back in again? Then restart.
