    tiviar Apla plus crashes when scanning channels

    Good morning everyone.

    My new Alpha Plus crashes when scanning scannels. I have attached a crash log to this post. Assistance is needed.

    First thing i would is recheck your f connector for stray strands.

    Hi tonyman,
    If your box only crashes when scanning channels then I don't think it's a coax braid / sc or oc problem as it would crash during normal viewing. What image are you using.

    More details such as tuner configuration would help for a starter, and also is this scanning after having setup the box or are you still trying to do so??
