Missing UK TV channels i have Gigablue Quad plus and openvis lastest build 5.1.032 which has ABM build in the image. tried to scan ABM few times today but cant get the lost channels back.
any help appreciated please.

Channels are placed in bouquets based on their official numbers on the signal stream. We do not pick and choose apart from red button etc.
You can ask Virgin to change what they broadcast/transmit.

I asked you what bouquet it is in. You never bothered to answer. Did you actually see the pdf file from the virgin site?
We go by the Provider's list, not on other websites. waste of time referring us to it.
Before you asked which bouquet virgin have it in, If you go by provider's list I already stated:
Eden used to be on factual bouquets. Now under entertainment? Can it be moved to factual?
Anyway put the handbags down for bit, looking at the PDF from virmin site for Aug 2018, I can't even find Eden on there ;-)

In the ABM menu, there is an option to "update config files".
If you get a version incompatibility, install newer version from this thread

Updated ABM from here tried to update config files get incompatible versions: 2.6 > 3.1
Any help why getting error used the ABM from here.

Which version did you install?
