    Favourite channels

    Sillt question but using Formuler F4 turbo with OpenVix. Can't work out a way to save channels to favourites. Had unit for 8 months and still not worked it out! Thanks.

    click on channel, press menu, add service to bouquet, scroll down to favourite and press ok.

    Have you also tried AutoBouquetsMaker?

    Menu > Setup > Tuner Config > AutoBouquetsMaker?

    Tried AutoBouquetsMaker and its set for Freesat UK, Sky Uk and German services. The receiver is working from 13 /19.2 and 28.2 positions with Disecq switching. Use things like Supertennis on 13' but not been able to save to a favourite. Maybe I should update VIX and still working with original version as supplied by WOS in November. Great receiver otherwise.

    What steps are you taking to move into a favourites? Maybe we can spot the error.

    Please note:
    It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespective of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.
