    If epg is stored on usb then there will be problems when it is nearly full, just like flash.

    Yes, but wouldn't be the reason the OP has with flash full. That is different and does need looking.

    Just change location to HDD and reboot.

    When was last time you did a fresh image flash (not a restore of a backup or a update from a previous version)? It's a case of trying to find out what causes flash to fill. Most likely a plugin.

    What I would do is remove one plugin and reboot and see how much flash is left. However, this can only be done if you have a backup of it so you can easily restore it to how it is now. If you do try this method, I would go for Kodilite first.
