    Tivia Alpha+ how do i edit channel list? help required.

    hi, help needed for a newbie please.

    just setting up a Tivia Alpha+ with openvix. after setting up and scanning channels i am looking to organize and edit the channel list so that they are in the order i want them,

    like this for example:
    1= bbc1
    2= bbc2
    3= itv1
    4= channel4
    5= channel5
    6= itv2
    7= itv3
    8= BBC news
    9= sky news
    10= forces tv

    I've got the channels tuned i just need to edit them in the EPG,

    thanks for any help or pointing me to some where i can find a guide.

    AutobouetsMaker in OpenViX will create a channel list for your area.

    Menu > Setup > Tuner Config > AutobouquetsMaker. See video guides here: http://www.openvix.co.uk/index.php/g.../video-guides/

    101 would be BBC One HD, 102 BBC TWO HD.....

    You can make your own bouquets using applications on PC like E-channelizer, Dreamboxedit, Dreamset. This will require maintenance as and when frequencies change.

    You can also have ABM make bouquets per your ordering using favourites.xml

    If you want to do manually via the box itself, open your scanned channel list > Press menu button whilst channel list is open.

    Another way - use "OpenWebif". By visiting OpenWebif from your PC on your satbox, you can update the bouquets and other things as well ... see: https://www.world-of-satellite.com/s...8726-Openwebif
