Req - Add back hdchannelsontop

Any chance of adding back the hdchannelsontop and sdchannelsontop to ABM?

It was very useful for sorting HD channels in the main bouquet when their isn't a HD swap. eg, in my area, there isn't an appropriate ITV HD, so on channel 103 is a SD ITV. In the main bouquet, ITV HD now drops from 3 well down the list. With the hdchannelsontop, it would appear on channel 3.
