I think the issue is with the HDD having no power supply, ofgwrite msgs indicate (I believe ) that it cannot access the directory containing the unzipped image... but I really need to see the debug log.
When you flash an image there are a large number of read/writes and you really need separate power to the HDD.... this is true whether you use multiboot or just flash the basic image.
Having multiple images is great if you want to find the best image for yourself or you are into testing, otherwise if you happy with an image stay with it.

    Quick guide below:

    1) FTP zip file of chosen image to your storage device, will be something like media/hdd/imagebackups
    2) Blue button > ViX > Image Manager > Select the image you want to flash > Press Blue button or OK.
    3) You will be prompted to choose a slot. Slot 1 will be your current booting image.
    4) Ensure you choose an image that supports Multiboot such as ATV or PLi.

Once flashed, you can switch images by holding down power button on remote > Multiboot > Select slot to boot from.
Is it possible to copy settings from one image to an other image so if i hawe all satellits and favorites in openwix and want hawe same in image #2 and #3

Is it not easier to use a channel settings editor like E-Channelizer, Dreamboxedit or Dreamset?

This is on OpenSpa and Pure2 images.
Then i have 51 satellits stored so it is lots of job to add them in a new image.

What do you mean by " add satellites to an image"?

The satellites are already in the image.

Do you mean to configure the satellites for non-usals motor control?

yes i have a 36V motor driven dish that i control with a "V-box" therefore i have to program each position manually and there are 51 satellite positions from 75E-37.5W
so it would be easier if it was possible to copy it as already programmed

The biggest problem for multiboot receivers is that OE-A images insert the boot volume into fstab, so if you copy backup settings between diiferent receivers then you screw up the multiboot... OpenViX like OpenPli does not use this facility but uses more secure code...... other images depend on this.

Those details are in the file called "settings" located in /etc/enigma2/

You can stop e2 using "init 4", edit the file and transfer back. See here https://www.world-of-satellite.com/s...older-than-4-2
Not sure if you image takes True, true or either.

In the linux command thread (in my signature for quick access) there is also a command posted to extract your tuner configuration

    cat /etc/enigma2/settings | grep config.Nims > /tmp/mytunerconfig.txt
