snr 0% agr 0% tuner bad?

    hello i have a problem with my vu+ duo2

long story short, mowed from my house to another house, will be living here for a couple of months..

the temporary house already had a satellite dish but the owner hadn't use it for a couple of years so i plugged up my vu to that
dish and got no signal at all??
    snr 0%
    agr 0%

whent to my my hose and got my own lmb and installed it, same thing... no signal...
bought a new lmb, no signal...
new cable directly from lmb to the box, no signal...

i have tried all the things above in both tuner A and B
feels like I've tried every different setting in tuner configuration...

and yes i have tried to find signal by adjusting the dish in every step..

I'm totally lost, have my vu crapped out ? it worked earlyer the same day at my house...

more thann likely dish is out of alignment. testing receiver on another dish will confirm this.
