We need the actual crash log please.

Also where is your EPG set to be stored? What location?

If no crash log then the box hasn’t crashed.

Does the box need to be rebooted after enabling the logs settings?

It makes the rotating VIX symbol and after a while the screen goes black.
The lcd changes colour to a green in some of the display and black in some.

To get it up and running again, it has to be powered off an back on again..

Thanks - when you referred to "sending logs" I assumed there wasn't one attached.

Did it crash or did it freeze/lock-up? These are very different things.
The log in #1 doesn't show any crash. It doesn't show anything much of use. The last thing was a (successful) check for Oscam running.

    Se #7

It must be a freeze since there is no response when using the remote, and the other symptoms as in #7.
How can I get some better diagnostics data ?

    Not sure you can.
The odd thing about that log is that it makes no reference to putting up the Vix spinner, which you say you saw, so:
    • where are the debug logs kept?
    • is that file-system full (unlikely, but better to find out now ....)?
    • has this just started to happen?
