have you tried going into GitHub and downloading from there and then transfer to receiver.

I’ve now installed HRtunerproxy and Oscam latest manually.

We are just trying to work out why The Mutant HD51 has a number of plugins missing.

I can't check because I don't have the receiver, but the feeds look good.

Stef is going to run some other tests on an HD51 this week so hopefully he can check this too.

It is possible that you have already installed the items, that is why they do not show in the add section

Note. I have 3 plugin menu's that are missing compared to my VU+ duo2.

Can't see any mention of ip address check. Sorry not sure what you mean by this.

After you flash your image, there are two network screens in the First Install Wizard (FIW). If you say no to one of them, it disables updating the package files. Read what it says instead of being in auto pilot.

Do not install any plugins to begin with.

HRtuner is installed already. (perhaps you did it manually. nonetheless, it wont show installed plugins)
Does your receiver have a front display panel? If it does not, it won't show the display category
