    Cable Tuner Issue with SNR

    Hi
Bought a VU+ USB DVB-C/T2 Tuner a while back. Works well except for the issue when switching between cable and sat tuners (box freezes).
I bought a VU+ DVB-C/T2 dual tuner a few months ago so I could switch between tuners without crashing.
Recently found an issue with this tuner.
When I upload files (e.g. to Google Drive) the SNR reading on this tuner goes erratic, jumping from 0 to 100. Picture unwatchable.
When the upload completes, SNR goes back to 98-100, and picture is perfect.
Thought it was my BB, tried numerous things to fix, but couldnt resolve the issue.
Then I tried the old USB Tuner.
And this one works perfectly. While uploading, the SNR stays constant and picture is perfect.
Could the internal tuner be faulty?

Update. Was sent new tuner. Same issue with this one.
Why would I have this SNR issue with internal tuner but USB tuner is perfect?

Have you tried in a different slot? So basically take Sat tuner out and replace with Cable tuner and then place the Sat tuner where you had the Cable tuner.

on this query if your cable broadband is getting bad picture when uploading large files is it hogging too much bandwidth?
i would also ask how good is your cable in use and correct splitter in use as many people had issues with signal and viewing issues.?

Yep thought it was cable and/or splitter.
But why is the signal perfect when using the USB Tuner?
