Picture & Audio break up on new Formuler F1 box

    Hi

I have recently installed a Formuler F1 box but I am receiving occasional picture and audio break up. Not sure why though as the Humax freesat box it replaced never experienced break up. The connections all seem tight and I used the auto tuner.

Any tips on how I can improve this?

tuners can have different characteristics and sensitivity e.g. (and I hate to say it) my old Sky box has more sensitive tuners than certainly the Xtrends (using Samsung tuners) - hence I would lose my marginal signals sooner on the Xtrends (and sometimes never on the Sky).....
so even slight dish alignment errors may cause issues with a new receiver.
Also check connectors at both ends, they may look fine, but when you remove them and transfer to another receiver, it is very easy to have issues - just redo them and lock them with tape (even at the receiver end)

Could even be as simple as lnb skew.

Well transcoding support is not going to change your picture issues, and which ViX image depends on the receiver model you have.

This tells us nothing, satellite tuner? Hybrid tuner? Free to air? Encrypted?

I've even seen sky quad LNB's fall over when all outputs are being used at once, they're not the greatest.
