    not recording set timers properly.

    This has been a problem with my receiver for a while.
    I replaced the internal HDD with another to see if this was the issue but was not.

    I set a timer to record a program but when come to playback its either a blank screen and wont progress though (stuck on 0:00) or it skips every three seconds which cannot be paused or resolved by fast forwarding and pressing play again.Very strange!
    This doesn't always happen but often does.
    Can anyone help?

    FTA or Encrypted channels? How many feeds (tuners)? What Softcam? Cable? Satellite?
    You need to provide more info if you want answers.

    the all have signal feed.
    using 1.38

    It seems to be an issue with recording (perhaps hardware problem) as it doesnt record properly and skips through the program on its own and cannot be stopped.
    Its not a problem with signal or softcams or tuner.

    In the timers menu, you should be able to find completed timers - highlight one that has failed and press info, it may give some details of what happened.
