    Installation problem of ccam ipk

Hi. I have a vu duo2, and i have installed cccam 2.3.0. I want to install CCcam 2.2.1. I put cccam ipk 2.2.1 on tmp and i go to local extension installation press green button and OK, but when i go to softcam box to check if cccam 2.2.1 is there i can only see my old cccam 2.3.0. Any Help?

    Hi,
normally yes because a downgrade is not automatically supported. Instead you can also use telnet and opkg install with the --force-downgrade option.

    ciao

Another option is to copy in the new oscam binary file directly into /usr/softcams/

It has to have the same name as the oscam binary file already installed. eg if the existing file is called oscam , the new file also has to be called oscam.

Once you copy in the new oscam file make sure its attributes are set to 755

i have installed 2.2.1 deleting the old 2.3.0, but it has not solved the problem i have, because i have last openvix in a vu duo and i use ccam to watch france 2,3,4,5 on Astra. I have been seeing those channels since las week using a cline, but it is not possible since last week to watch them. I tought the problem was cccam but the probblem is still there, so, i do not what to do to watch french tv.
