Tm nano se m3 plus dvb-c no signal

I just bought a TM Nano SE M2 Plus with a DVB-C Tuner (External) and flashed it with latest Vix image.

Running a splitter from main cable box to 1) Modem and 2) TM Nano

Absolutely nothing I try will receive a cable signal. Ive put in the correct NetID 40985 (North London / Enfield)

Tried a Manual Scan as well as a signal finder and nothing locks on at all. Ive tried removing the splitter and running a single cable to the Nano, switching the cables (when switched, the cable runs the internet feed fine so can't be anything wrong with the cable I'm guessing)

    Any ideas?

What make is your external cable tuner. Someone may know if they are compatible. Also check driver.
