Combining Sat and IPTV channels in default Bouquets

Has anyone successfully combined Sat channels and IPTV channels with epg into the default Bouquet List. Rats bouquet plugin looks after the default bouquet list, but when I use Xtream Editor plugin it creates a second set of bouquets below the default one's with channels and epg. I have seen a tutorial where someone make this work on a non Vix build but wondered if anyone had been successful on Vix.

You would need to do a CustomMix file to do what you want.
