    Newbie to XC plug In

    Hi I am fairly new to this how do I install XC plugin to Vix3.0 to get xstream - I have tried but cannot get to run to get a code for Xstream any help please step by step so I can see where I am going wrong

    ViX 3.0 is ancient. Why are you on such an old image?

    To install it you need to FTP the xtream.ipk you have to the tmp folder on the box. (FileZilla PC & Mac or iDreamX Mac)
    Then using your remote, press the blue button > Vix > highlight the .ipk and press the green button > reboot the box and it should be there when you press "Menu" on the control.
    This is written presuming you're using openvix.

    Open VIX is a very stable image but I have used,

    VTI, BlackHole, OpenVIX and I am using OpenATV, which is seems to be stable it comes with important plugs in and nice ottomon skin
