it may be related to the issue discussed in this thread.

    http://www.world-of-satellite.com/sh...ade-to-5-0-014

So far no info back from the devs on this, but it is early days yet. Do you have a VU+ branded system or something else? Knowing this may help the devs track down the issue if it is only affecting a particular brand/model. So far the only two reports (apart from yours) are for VU+ DUO2 systems. Basically the more info we can provide upfront the more benificial it will be for the devs to look into.

    Regards,

    Craig

It is a driver issue reported to Vu+.

    Flash and restore. Don't update.

Are you using twin tuner modules?

You don't need to use an older image.

Flash 014. Problem only occurs if you update to 014.

    To avoid confusion....

Update = Menu > Setup > Software Update
Flash/Install = Use USB stick or Image Manager to install/restore newer image

    Issue affects twin tuner modules.

I have put a message stating:

If you have a twin tuner card, do not perform an online update to 014.

    You should flash/install 014 instead.

Yeah , confirmed working ok after flash. I have a dual tuner on my VU Duo 2 so I guess that was the problem.
