Quad + with open vix 5.0 - Wifi issues

I have tried a few times to install openvix 5.0 (openvix-5.0.013.release) on my Gigablue HD Quad Plus, but no matter which build i install i have problems with my wifi dongle. I'm using the Gigablue wireless-N USB Adapter (RTL 8192)

The problem is that my Wifi adapter just can't find any wireless networks/ wifi connection is never stable

if i plug it in rear usb port it can't find any networks at all

if i plug it in the front usb port, it can find the network but can't connect to it.

Would this be a driver issue? ideally i would like to use the rear usb port, as i had it working nicely on the rear port with build openvix-4.2.023.release-gbquadplus_usb

    Any help would be great,

    Thanks
