I've tried a lot of the IPTV services about, i first used RuYa about 4 years ago, let me tell you they are mostly rubbish, the quality is no where near as good as broadcast TV, the audio is usually highly compressed AAC that exhibits ringing artifacts if you have a decent sound system, oh and the channels buffer like a bugger during peak football periods, save your money and get properly sorted.

Have heard the same about Ruya, they used to be the best but are very poor now, probably massively over-subscribed.

You can have IPTV running through Smart TV apps now if you have a Samsung or LG.

Will never be as good as broadcasting HD. Seen my mates IPTV he has, and some channels has that fuzziness about them. But like with anything, you get what pay for....
