Anyone having issues please transfer the attached "Transmission" folder to "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions"

    The default password is "enigma2"

    Thanks,
    Hi Salah100,

I'm just new to all this so bear with me if I ask a stupid question, but I've downloaded your folder and copied it to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions. Now transmission shows up in my plugin list but if I try to start it I get the message: /bin/sh: /etc/init.d/transmission-deamon: not found

    What am I missing?

Did you have transmission installed before transferring the above file?

No. I thought that by copying those files I was installing it. How do I do that? I can't find it in the plugin list.

Not sure how to do that . Transmission shows in the plugin browser and the only two options I have from there are install or uninstall plugin. If I click on uninstall plugins Transmission is not on the list that comes up.

There is no need for a plugin, just install the "transmission" package.

    About the plug-in:
I fixed that, but forgot to "add" the new version when deleting the old version.
I'll have to re-do the fix and upload the new ipk.

You need to delete any transmission file on your box then reboot and transmit will reappear in the plugin download list

You are probably talking about the manually patched plugin ...

    It has to read
    "daemon", not "deamon"
