    details for et7500

    hi,im new to this forum,and to the linux sat scene,ive been looking at two boxes from wos,a technomate twin oe and a extrend et 7500,specifically for the internal hdd,i was leaning towards the extrend until i read a review mentioning dodgy security boards and batteries for this product,was wondering if anyone has any info on this,have the problems been resolved,also opinions on the better of the two boxes,recording quality,etc.thanks in advance.

    ET7500 and ET8500 are new generation, they do not have security boards.

    im going to go with the et 7500,twin tuner ,with a 500gb hdd,thanks for the advice.
