    Updating to openvix-4.2.011.release-mutant2400_usb

    Hi

I'm a bit behind with updates being on openvix-4.1.003.release-mutant2400_usb - no issues with jumping straight to .011 I hope?

And given there is a new kid on hte block in the HD51 does anone know for how long the 2400 sofware will be developed?

    Best to all

The "jump" from 4.1 to 4.2 requires a clean flash with no settings/plugins restores.

The answer to your question is yes, although I always couch flash, which eliminates the need to use a usb drive.

Take an image backup before you start, so you can get back to where you were if things don't go according to plan.
