Angry Help! No channels at all

    Hi all,

Recently bought a TM-NANO-SE-M2 Plus (so I hope this is the right sub-forum) but am really having trouble even getting FTP to air. It's scanning and finding zero channels. I believe I've set everything up correctly for my area (BS37 5TP, network id 40970 symbol rate6952)

I have one virgin cable coming into property (no dish) so have used a splitter with one cable going into the router, and one into the Input plug (top one). I was told that I still only need the one input to use dual cable (so can watch one channel record another?)

Done network checks and no issues there.

This is before even trying to set up CCcam, but I am pretty sure I've done that correctly through Filezilla, and downloaded Softcam. I also think I've set up the HDD properly, as well as the EPG section.

I'm getting nowhere fast and very frustrated so any help would be great. Complete newbie to this but not a technophobe, I know my way around kodi etc but this is next level!

To watch one and watch another you would need a loopthrough cable from Tuner A to Tuner B. Anyhow if you are getting zero channels your Net ID must be wrong. Leave the Net ID blank in your Tuner Configuration. You will just put the Net ID in when you setup ABM. What is your Tuner Configuration?

    Help! No channels at all

In Tuner B have the Net ID as all zero's. you didn't change anything else in there did you?
What area are you in and are you sure that is the correct Net ID?

Do you have an original Tivo box so you can get the correct Net ID? If not it will be trial n error I'm afraid. I presume you are using ABM (AutoBouquetsMaker) to create your Virgin Bouquet lists?
Like I've said put all zero's in the Net ID in your Tuner Configuration settings, green button to save. Then while in Service Searching go into ABM. Use expert mode in Configure. Schedule a scan to run daily at 03:45 in the morning. Green button to save. In Providers is where you will put your Net ID and configure how you want your Bouquets to look then green button to save. Then Start Scan. This is where you are going to have to try different Net IDs if you can't find the correct one from the Tivo box.
    Good Luck!

This is wrong into. Tm-nano-se-m2 plus has a twin cable tuner. Only needs on feed to top input!
