Xtrend ET8000 No longer giving video output

Was working fine last night. Turned the box off with the remote and went to bed

Got home from work today and now the box wont show and video or sound

tried different hdmi cables, different TVs and tried rebooting the box

Tv just says no signal but the box shows the channel its on, the network and tv symbol are shown also

I have no clue what has happened

Bought it from WOS just over a year ago

    any help would so helpful

    thanks

usually before sending back they will ask to do a full image reflash by usb stick and no settings restore.
