    Strange White Lines

    Hi all posting for my dad, he's got some strange white lines on screen from his vu duo.
    All his other bits of kit are fine, we have changed hdmi leads around and different ports on his TV. He has the same TV in the UK and in Spain where he lives.
    When we set it up in the UK everything was fine but when he got to Spain they showed up.
    Please see the attached photo.

    in User Interface change width and/or height,..........should sort it.

    All sorted he had his TV in Spain set to full pixel changed to normal and everything is fine. Thanks
