Venton Unibox ECO+ cable box channrl list northwest

ANY1 KNOW HOW TO CREATE A FAV LIST FOR VENTON BOX

i have gone into setup/service searching/Auto bouquet maker, then selected my provider and net id for my area, then when i try scanning it says Tuning VM, then shows 0 videos and 0 radio, then 20 seconds later says TIMEOUT FOR TUNER LOCK.

is there something im missing out

If you are 100% sure that your Net ID is correct, your receiver is not getting suitable signal levels. Check your cabling to all the tuners. Check splitters.
