Help please LX2 stuck at booting have tried everything

any help would be greatly appreciated, just powered up my box after 3 months of it being off and I get in a booting loop.

The screen keeps saying loading, booting and this just loops. I have tried 4 usb sticks and just bought a new one formatted to fat32 with the HP tool and it keeps skipping to booting.

Not sure what to do have tried a boot loader, image from here nothing is reading.

Any help would be great as I have just sold this unit due to lack of use, may have to give a refund.

    Thanks
