This is how I got mine working.

    1. Install skin from feeds then restart gui

    2. Change skin within dreamplex settings and save

    3. Restart gui and all should be working

Did all that above and it does not fit the screen. I have installed newest image and used installed skin in image - then installed dreamplex from plugins and then the new skin for dreamplex. Reboot the VU+ Solo2 and does not fit - the standard skin fits no problem. Have re flashed and gone back to standard. Shame looked good

Do you have overscan active on your TV ?, if so try disabling that and see if it makes a difference.

I have the same problem on both my TVs (a Sony and a Toshiba) and I have no idea why it happens.
Tried all sorts of different configurations and no deal.
It just happens with Dreamplex, the enigma2 skins work fine.
Any idea on what could be happening?
