    There was 2 connected one was disabled when I took the screenshot but I have taken one out and it is still the same

    Another thing as well when I try and scan it takes an absolute age but yet doesn't find anything

    Plug your other receiver in this loaction and check you have reception?

    Yes sorry I'm trying to fix so it will scan channels in lol
    tried the setting and the manual scan same outcome it finds 0 channels

    If I do an automatic scan whith those settings above it fails to find a transponder and says

    ERROR - failed to scan (error starting scanning)

    I have the vento connected to the exact feed that has the reception on the other receiver

    You can't be using same feed, it must be split somewhere. Connecting the other receiver in this location will confirm signal is fine at this point. No point continuing until we know that reception is fine here.

    What was the error in ABM please?

    It fails saying cannot read data and in the log it says timed out

    I'm out of this thread until you confirm the other receiver locks on to a signal in this location. Or you take this receiver to where the other one is and use the cabling that the other one is using.

    Right I have plugged the working receiver into the line I am trying to get the venton setup on and that works fine the signal is good
    when I put the venton back in it won't find channels

    So the other receiver gets signal at this location
