    Venton HD1+ Help Please

    Hi Folks

My Hd1+ (Single Tuner) has recently developed a fault where all the channels are greyed out & i have an error message of "no free tune!". If i restart the GUI, everything comes back working normally however when i put the box on standby, the same error occurs. The fault only seemed to develop when i upgraded to Zeus. I had no previous backup so im unable to go back to a previous setup. Ive now flashed several different images, and the same problem occurs which leads me to think its a hardware issue. Also when the receiver is in this state, i am unable to scan for new channels with an error of "unable to start scan".
Can anyone shed any light on this?
    Many Thanks
    Paul

Have you opened any ports on your network to enable streaming?

Sounds like somebody logging on and using the tuner.
Pull out the network cable for a while or stop port forwarding & see if that fixes the issue.
