    need help in Switch Setting in dm500s

    i am in North America, i bought this "ZINWELL POWERFULL Switch", then i connect the 2 outputs of 118 & 119w LNB to Switch as shown in Picture. And other end i connected to 3 dm500s Receivers. After this on all Receivers there is no Picture at all.

    I did this Switch Settings below on all 3 dm500s same :
    SATELLITE CONFIGURATION : non-standard user defined configuration..... ,

    Anick F3(118.7W) , LNB : 0 , 22khz : Hi/Lo , Voltage : H/V
    On LNB 0 , LOF/L : 09750 , LOF/H : 10750 , Threshold : 11700,
    Next Page , Toneburst : None , DisEqC Mode : None , Save changes

    EchoStar 14 (119W) , LNB : 1, 22khz : Hi/Lo , Voltage : H/V
    On LNB 1 , LOF/L : 09750 , LOF/H : 10750 , Threshold : 11700,
    Next Page , Toneburst : None , DisEqC Mode : None, Save changes

    please help me some of experience member in this "Zinwell Multi-Switch Setting"

    I dont actually have any knowledge of this switch, I do note though that your settings are for 22khz and yet your cables in do not seem to be connected to the 22khz side of the switch??
