    Gigablue hd800ue wont flash

First i apologize my bad english now the problem. I have gb hd800ue and i want to flash new image without using update option. I have tryed to flash it from my usb-memory but when i restart gb theres no anymore an option in lcd-screen to flash it??? Theres only a blank screen and if i press OK button nothing will happens and the box will only start normaly. LCD screen works fine but this flash option is missing. I tryed also to flash it from image backup where first i have downloaded the newest image and then restore that. When i start restore theres coming this normal text that you have to wait flashing and restarting. I have waited now 8hours and nothing happens. Same thing happens if i choose older image or my own made backup. So how to hell i flash my gb without using automatic update???
